Hey NASCAR Fans,
How many times will this team continue to cheat and get away with it??? I was glad when JR signed on with Hendricks but now I'm not so sure.
Let's be realistic here. Johnson's team has cheated more times that you can shake a stick and they continue to do so. It not only shows disrespect for your competitors but it also shows little or no respect for the organization that you race in...NASCAR.
100 points and $100,000 fine is nothing. Let's be honest, removing 100 points from these guys is nothing. They are going to make the chance anyways. I would have put them in 11th and 12th place. Completely out of the chase and then see if they are going to cheat again. These guys race 26 races to see who will race the final 10 races for the championship. So for them losing 100 points now means nothing. I'm sure that they will make those points up in the next 2-3 races.
I think NASCAR needs to look at stiffer penalities for repeat offenders. The ironic part is it's the same teams that offend over and over again.
