Sure has been quiet around here lately? Has anyone been enjoying late season fishing? Or, is everybody busy hunting? I took the whole month of October to fish the Ottawa area and had a blast on many different lakes. The one that treated me best all month though was Muskrat. The fishing on that lake has been stunning for me. Since the beginning of November, however, I've been down in the US. Been fishing some Potomac River, having good success, but missing home. Can't beat the fishing in the Ottawa Valley. Hope everybody's having a great fall and getting ready for Old Man Winter, which is just around the corner. Is the ice off the lakes yet??? Gary

Hey Gary, It sure has been quiet around here. I will be heading out this Saturday for one last kick at the bass before putting the Z-9 to bed Maybe I should move to Harrisburgh so that I can fish all year long? Are you still trying to figure out the Potomac? It won't be long now that the ice will be on the lakes and the fun fishing is over. (for me at least). There was only a couple of times that there was a thin layer of ice near shore but once the sun came out it melted. The water sure is low this year as compared to last year thats for sure. Talk to you soon Gary and let me know about the Classic. Pete

Hey Gary,
No fishing for me Lots of waterfowl hunting though had some great days with limits by 0900am in the morning ;D
Will start deer hunting when the rifle boys are done on Sunday.
Looking forward to the ice on the water so I can take the young lads ice fishing for what ever swims.
