Maps?

Hey all You Pro Anglers,

need your help with something where do I go to get a good set of charts/Maps of Kerr Lake, Potomac River, Hudson River and the Detroit River. Going to be fishing these bodies of water this summer and want a set of charts/Maps?

I have a set of the Potomac but they are 20yrs old Fished there many moons ago?

Any help would be well appreciated!

I'm no pro but I'll answer your question.

I have water charts for the Potomac that you can borrow if you want them. Where abouts on the Potomac are you fishing??

I usually get some of my maps for US waters from the Internet at www.fishingmap.com

Hi Jeremy,

I'm no pro either, but I do the best I can with Fishing Hotspots maps. I've seen a lot of maps for different bodies of water in the US, and they are the best in my opinion. I believe the site that Pete pointed you to will take you to Fishing Hotspots. Or, you can use www.fishinghotspots.com

Hey Jeremy,

Gary would be the better person to reply to this as he is already fishing the Stren series. However, I will put my 2 cents in this reply.

Depending which division you want to fish in??

If you are looking at the Northern Division I would choose either the Potomac or Kerr.

Southern Division Santee Cooper or Eufala

Central Lake of the Ozarks

If you are going West, then pick either on of them.

Good Luck and let us know which one you choose.

Keep in mind that it might be too late to enter.

Its not for this year figure this year will learn the waters then fish next year? If I do the northern division there is four tournaments I will be doing , right? So Kerr and the Potomac are just two of them?

Yes Jeremy, there are 4 tournaments in the regular series.

This year they are on the POtomac, Hudson River, Detroit River and Kerr Reservoir.

I would imagine next season the bodies of water will be pretty close to the same perhaps in just different times of the season.

the best maps for the Stren waters are the Fishing Hotspots maps.

Speaking of maps, does anyone have any suggestions for a good fishing map, marking shoals, etc. for the Ottawa River stretch from Britannia to Fitzroy? I fished there for the first time on Sunday, caught all kinds of walleye near the Nepean Sailing Club under docks on a green pumpkin Baby Brush Hog. I'd like to learn more of the river but want some good charts as I know it can be tricky to navigate.
