Changes to VHS Ruling

Hi all,

See the link below regarding changes to the VHS order that prohibited catching fish in one part of a body of water and transporting them to another part in the same body of water, that shares a border between states or states and provinces. They have relaxed the order a bit to allow for certain types of catch and release fishing, including tournaments.

Hey Gary,

I'm glad to see that they have relaxed a little on that earlier ruling however, I'm sure that it will create a lot of controversy. I'm sure some people/groups will say that why is the government making these changes to accommodate tournament anglers or something like that.
