That's a good question Stephen. There are a lot of new baits out this year and some of them are just modifications to an existing bait. For example, SPRO has the Bronzeeye Jr frog...a smaller version of the popular Bronze eye frog. Gambler has introduce their loco lizard, which is an extention of their Ugly Otter. However, the newest bait on the market that I think will be a hit is Phenix Tackle's Goby Tube. It's in the shape of a Goby but it's a tube. Tank tests have shown this tube to have an amazing action and it was a hit at the Toronto Sportsmen show last weekend. Here are some of the other new products this year. Wave Worms has introduced a whole new line of baits, Tiki Monkey, Tiki Grub, Tiki finesse worm and the Tiki 10" Ribbontail worm. Yamamoto has introduced the Swim Senko. Taking the best of 2 great baits, the Senko and the swim bait and combining the 2. It has the body of a Senko and the tail of a swim bait. The 3 baits that I am looking forward to using are the Wave Worms' Tiki Monkey, the Swim Senko and the Goby Tube. Bring on bass season. Pete
