Hey Folks, This is stage in my fishing ability that I wanted to achieve this year and unfortunately I was not able to do. I believe that most anglers want the achieve some level of consistency when tournament fishing however, very few do. KVD, IKE, Rick Clunn, have reached this level many times in their careers but I'm talking for some that doesn't fish 200 days a year. It's attainable, I mean guys like Big Jim, Rocky Crawford, Mike Desforges have reached many times as well. This year, Doug Dolan and Mark Boisclair have reached in the Renegade series and they don't fish 200 days a year.....at least I don't think they do. What does a tournament angler have to do to achieve this level of consistency where day in and day out, event in and event out they go out and they finish in the top 20 or 30 consistently even win an event or 2? This is something that I have tried to do in my tournament fishing in the past few years as I have taken tournament fishing a little more seriously. Although, I prepare for each tournament, I keep notes on each body of water. What is it that makes the above mentioned better anglers than the rest of us?? If you have reached a level of consistency and you feel like you would like to share it with others.....please do so. I believe that it would be a nice feeling to achieve that level at least once in my fishing days. Pete
