Hey Gang !
Pete , I hope this is ok to post on the board ?
I will be doing a fly tying showcase for Orvis Green Drake Outfitters in Ottawa on March 25,2006(10am till 2pm) if all goes well with the new little one.
I do this showcase for them every year, most times on Steelhead flies and fishing.I also have a good knowledge of fly tying for Atlantic Salmon. I have been fishing Steelhead in Ontario and Northern U.S. for 20+yrs. I have a good knowledge of fly fishing in Rivers and Stillwater fishing. The best part of this show case for me is the chance to see some old friends and meet some new ones. Maybe I will run into some of you at this showcase?

Hey all you fly fishermen/women out there. Here is a really good opportunity to pick up a few pointers/ideas from one of the best. I'm not a fly fishermen however, I have heard other anglers from other sites make comments about Jeremy's fly tying abilities and his swift handling of a fly rod. If he knows half as much about fly fishing as he does about bass fishing..which I'm sure he does....you will pleasantly surprised. Jeremy is very knowledgeable when it comes to angler no matter what technique or species. I hope that you get a great turn out Jeremy. Pete  |

awesome!!....i always enjoy the seminars given. I'd love to learn about steelhead too....we were gonna go this winter but never made it  too long a drive I guess. We'll see you there! rob |

Hey Gang, Thanks Pete ! Hey YFF it was great to finally meet you, and enjoy the flies  A great time was had by all and I would like to thank the 15 people that came to see the seminar. It was great to see some of the old faces and the new ones too!I got the chance to meet Duncan Hardie a field writer for The Canadian Fly Fisher Magazine. I also asked him if they ever take articles from local hicks like myself? He said yes, so I think I might submit one of the articles I have written over the years in my journals. Duncan is also one of the leading authorities on salt water fly fishing and is quite the flytier himself! Again thanks to all that came, without you all this would not have happened! Later, Jeremy |
