Ever fish on extremely windy days and your fishing in open water. You find that your trolling doesn't quite last the entire day because you are standing on it all day just to try and slow down the drift? Drift socks...... tie 2 of them on your boat and it will slow you down a lot. Allowing you to slow down your presentation and give a chance to those bass to bite. Try it, you'll be surprised how much they slow you down. Just make sure you get the correct size for the length of your boat. Pete

YFF, For drift socks, if you have some old weigh in bags then you can cut a hole in the bottom of it and use them as drift socks. Just remember depending on the size of your boat you may have no choice but to get the proper sizes. Pete
