Hey Folks, With the colder weather is quickly approaching this means a couple of things. 1) Winter is coming and 2) bass tournaments are over. All in all this year was a pretty good year for me as far as tournaments went. Finishing twice in the money on the Renegade Bass Circuit was nice, especially almost putting all together on my home lake Big Rideau finishing 2nd. Then the monster 6.50 lbs largemouth caught on the Ottawa River tournament. I had lots of fun meeting new people and also having the opportunity to fish with these people. I want to thank a couple of people , BRT Pro Staffers Gary Cossaboom and Darrell Medaglia. Both of which are good people and love the sport of fishing, in particular bass fishing. Gary fishing the FLW Stren Series in the US and having been a qualifier for the Stren Series Championship in previous years, his knowledge and passion for the sport shows when you speak with him. If you ever come out to the shows that Big Rideau Tackle is at, stop in and talk to Gary. Darrell (my partner) for Renegade for the second year now also has a passionate for bass fishing and boy can he catch them. That 6.50 lbs largemouth never had a chance. I hope that everyone has a great fall and winter and we'll see you around once the show season starts. Until then take care and happy fishing, Pete
